Welcome to the blu agency. We are committed to supporting creators as they grow on TikTok LIVE, but we also maintain clear expectations to ensure fairness, professionalism, and alignment with platform standards.
All streamers must meet the following requirements to remain in good standing with the agency.
To maintain your position in the blu agency, you must complete one of the following performance tracks within your first 30 days:

Creators who do not stream at all for 30 consecutive days may be removed from the agency. If you need to pause your streaming activity, you must communicate the reason in advance with your assigned agent. Uncommunicated absences may result in termination.
All creators must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for participation in the blu agency. No exceptions.
Creators may not apply to the blu agency using a backup or secondary TikTok account if their main account is:
All applications must be submitted using a creator’s primary TikTok account, and eligibility will be verified.
All creators must follow TikTok LIVE’s Community Guidelines at all times. Violations of TikTok’s policies may result in removal from the agency and additional enforcement from TikTok.
In addition to TikTok’s rules, blu expects creators to uphold a high standard of professionalism. The following types of content or behavior are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal:
The agency reserves the right to take internal action even in cases where TikTok has not yet issued a violation.
Creator performance is reviewed at the conclusion of the 30-day onboarding period. If you are close to meeting your requirements, a short grace period may be offered at the agency’s discretion.
Violations may result in either a formal warning or immediate removal from the agency. blu reserves the right to terminate agency membership at any time based on performance, conduct, inactivity, or policy violations.
These requirements are subject to change in response to platform updates or agency needs. Any major changes will be communicated via email or internal messaging.
